 Guercio and Sons Market, located in the Grant/Ferry neighborhood of Buffalo's West Side, was in need of a 7000 square foot warehouse expansion if their store was to stay in Buffalo.
Contacting BERC, Sam was able to take advantage of several programs we offer. Guercio's was approved for benefits in the Empire Zone and helped close the $500,000 expansion project with $300,000 in bank financing and $190,000 in gap financing.
