This loan product provides financing from $50,001 to $300,000 (inclusive) for commercial development projects to businesses located or expanding within the City of Buffalo limits. Uses include the improving, renovating or acquiring of commercial or mixed-use real estate, business acquisitions, demolition costs, project soft costs, the purchase of furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment, inventory and for permanent working capital.
BERC can finance up to 50% of a project cost, with matching loan financing required from commercial or development agency sources.
