This loan product provides financing from $2,500 to $50,000 (inclusive) for commercial development projects to businesses located or expanding within the City of Buffalo limits. Uses include the improving, renovating or acquiring of commercial or mixed-use real estate, business acquisition, demolition costs, project soft costs, the purchase of furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment, inventory and for permanent working capital.
A minimum 10% equity injection is required.
