The Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation (BERC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional multi-media/electronics candidates/companies to design, set up and maintain a multi-media audio visual system for the conference room at the new professional services business incubator located at the Beverly A. Gray Business Incubator, 334 Utica Avenue, Buffalo New York, 14208.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience in the design, set up and maintenance of a multi media system which will include, but not be limited to, microphones, lighting, projection, Microsoft office applications, presentations and conference calls. Interested candidates/companies can submit a copy of their qualifications to 920 City Hall, Buffalo New York 14202, or on the web at www.berc.org. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors on December 19, 2008, at 920 City Hall. Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, December 31, 2008.
