The consultant will proactively identify opportunities for the City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation, and maintain a high level of contact with the WNY Congressional delegation and their senior staff, regularly consult with Executive staff from the City of Buffalo and Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation who are identified as the primary contact and those who are involved in federal issues.
