Mayor Byron W. Brown, Chairman of the Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation (BERC), is announcing that the BERC is now offering Operation Restoration loans beginning at a 5% interest rate. Loan amounts range from $2,500 to $100,000, and are available to any qualified business located in the City of Buffalo.
