The Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation (BERC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide the Architectural Services necessary to prepare construction drawings for the interior and exterior renovation of 332 East Utica Street. This former public library is proposed to be converted into business incubator space for professional service businesses serving the Jefferson Avenue commercial district on Buffalo’s East Side.
