The Central Terminal is the pre-eminent signature building in the downtown airport corridor.
The Central Terminal provides an excellent location for a centralized logistics corridor (similar to our
bio-informatics corridor) where all companies serving the logistics industry could co-locate.
The Central Terminal is a lower cost alternative for logistics (packaging, distribution, import/export,
transportation, warehousing & inventory, etc) than the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
Buffalo's growing logistics industry is approaching $5 billion dollars a year in goods passed along our
North-South corridor between the US & Canada. One can add another $1 - 2 billion dollars a year in
goods passing through Buffalo along our East-West corridor.
