The Beverly A. Gray Business Services Incubator is now accepting applications to lease space. The former East Utica Library is a 7,450 square foot former public library located at 334 East Utica Street, Buffalo, NY, which will be converted into a professional service business incubator serving a low-income area on Buffalo’s East Side. The building contains two floors that will be sub-divided into as many as 6-8 separate professional service spaces.
Anticipated opening Spring 2009.
