The former Chase Bag Company was renovated in the early 1990's and is now the home for nine tenants. With almost 60,000 sq. ft. of space, the River Rock Industrial Incubator (RRII) is an anchor in the Northwest section of the city.
Providing jobs and warehouse space, the RRII is a connection to Buffalo's past and continues to provide opportunities for it's citizens.
